“This hotel is in a great area - close to restaurants and shopping. The clerk on duty when I checked in (evening of May 5th) didn't give me any details about the hotel (hours of breakfast, location of the pool, etc.) I'm not sure if he was filling in for someone or what. Good value for the money, though and a safe location.”

“The handle on the bathroom door was faulty. I thought i was stuck there. The ice vending machine did not work. their was no dustbin whatsoever in the room. No microwave either so had to get my food heated all the way near reception. Pool had murky water, definitely not well maintained.. i planned to swim but decided not to after seeing the pool :/”

“Siamo arrivati al hotel e alla reception ci viene detto che la carta con cui abbiamo pagato non era la stessa che risultava nel loro sistema (quando sulla fattura di hotels era palesemente la stessa da me fornita), dopo svariati tentativi ci ribadisce che non puó farci il check in dato il problema e prova senza mio consenso a ripassare la carta per effettuare una nuova transazione; tutto questo con la scusa che si trattava solo della prassi per poterci dare la camera. Al che iniziando a sentirmi...

“Did not stay due to cleanness ”

“I'll begin with, the front desk person was very helpful and prompt in attempting to resolve my issues. First, the bathroom was NOT clean, dirt and hair in the shower, toilet gross! The entire room needed to be cleaned again! Also, we called ahead and asked if there was a deposit, the person said no! When we arrived, there was a deposit! Overall experience...1/10!!”
