“The hotel is fairly new, so iy was clean overall. The main issue for this hotel is the fact that you can hear EVERYTHING! You can even hear your next door guests talking. Also outside noises are easily heard, which makes light sleepers to wake up back to back. Luckily for me, I'm far from being a light sleeper, but in other hand, my fiancé is alight sleep, which made it difficult for him to sleep well. “Room is basic and small which is not a problem but cleanliness is lacking. My sheets were stained and there was hair pieces on shower floor. Most surfaces around the hotel could use a good cleaning. No complimentary water either. For such basic property the price is too high and you can get similar hotels in the area for much less.”

“Breakfast was good. Room as clean and nice. Friendly staff and enjoyed petting Skittles the cat. Only thing I would change or recommend is having charging stations in each room. That would make it perfect!!”

“Check in was swift and the lobby looked very nice. Everything in this hotel is bright and has color which I like instead of that boring minimalist look. The room was very clean and modern. Totally loved the pool. I loved the cabanas and the fountains in the pool. It was just a nice vibe and when the pool lights come on, it looks even nicer. “Thank you, thank you! We booked for a soccer tournament and had to book via a soccer app with the team. Not sure about those but the original location was dirty and noise, thank goodness Arrive was available and even let us check in early! That my friends was a godsend. Will definitely book again when in Wilmington!”

“We loved our stay! My favorite parts were the delicious breakfast and relaxing on the patio. Sheri clearly puts a lot of thought into accommodating guests' dietary preferences. The area is charming and cozy. Perfect for a walk or run, and conveniently close to everything! My only suggestion would be to add king-size beds to all rooms. The queen beds were comfortable, but a king bed would be even better for couples.”
