“Clean spacious well equipped room. Comfortable bed, good size kitchen facilities. At the price point , breakfast was good. Staff were helpful and friendly. Little front desk treats were a nice touch. Only improvement were number of towels were less than number of guests. Location is straightforward and easy of getting to Sawgrass etc but if looking for somewhere in the hub of sunrise, this is a little off the hub. ”

“The entire place is over-rated. Waiting in long long just to check in and then got sent to another line to get a parking pass. Room was very clean and nice, however, the mattress was terrible (we both sunk towards the middle of bed). We were out late second night and had to park at least 50 yards away from the entrance to the building as no spots were available any closer. The kitchen should have had coffee for two people for two nights. This was our 3rd try staying at this place in the...

“The room were very clean, the staff very polite, no breakfast taken, Parking was safe.”

“The rooms can use some tender love and care. I was only there for one day so I didn’t ask to switch rooms but the room could’ve been a little bit cleaner. I had Hair in the tub in the bathroom. The walls has stain on it that could’ve been wiped off and the couch had a nasty smell to it”

“hotel lobby is very clean. Has a few issues as the bathroom door was not closing. It is weird that they ask you to pay for overnight parking and breakfast was not included, depsite high price but overall recommended”

“My room was not ready at 4pm and check out is somewhat early at 10am. The property is clean and well kept.”

“This property was horrible had to wait over 3 hrs to check in because they said no rooms were available or cleaned then found they had a bunch of vacant rooms they didn’t know about Halfway through my stay they checked me out 2 days before my reservation was up so I had to register and then they tried charging me for incidentals again after already charging me $80 when I 1st checked absolutely horrible service ”
