“I didn’t like the fact that I was stuck in the elevator for 15 minutes because the door wouldn’t open. The front desk told me me that would credit me for 1 night for each room, since I had booked 2 rooms. Still haven’t received any credit. So I’m not too happy about that.”

“Design of backroom sink area was most efficient I've ever seen in a hotel! The sink faucet material wasn't great - it showed every water spot.”

“I’ll start with the ants. There were little ants all over the counter near the sink, which grossed me out. were a few pieces of coarse black hair on the bed and pillows. The kitchen and bathroom floors were sticky (could have been the humidity, however, the room was very cold. There were two white rings on the bathroom floor, looked like maybe the bottom of a drink mug or coffee cup. Finally, the desk/table and the tv stand were very dusty (not that big of a deal, but it’s simple to run a swift...

“The property was nice and the staff was very nice. However, our air conditioner leaked water on the floor …. as in the floor was soaked. We reported it on Saturday night. We checked out Monday morning. It was never fixed. Their solution was to give us more towels to put on the floor. My husband had to walk on the soaked floor to get in and out of bed. On a good note they serve an amazing complimentary breakfast on the weekend.”
