On our first night, hundreds of bugs swarmed our entrance and bathroom. After I called, housekeeping came to vacuum. Housekeeping was kind and cleared the bugs, advising us to keep all lights off. “The unit was spotlessly clean — we're talking white-glove clean. Beds were freshly made, the place was immaculate, and every corner of the space felt genuinely cared for. It's clear the team takes real pride in the property. Speaking of the team — wow. Any question we had was answered quickly and warmly. They felt less like a property management company and more like locals who actually wanted us to have the best trip possible.”

“The place was very clean. The staff was very communicative and accommodating. I stayed Wednesday-Sunday and I extended my stay 1 night which was very fast and easy. They left us chairs and towels which was very nice for the beach. The place was very spacious for 2 people. If you want to cook this has plenty of counter space. The balcony had a partial ocean view which was very nice. Great value for your money. Check in/out was very easy. You can walk right to the best beaches around. Only Cons...

“Very nice condo for a longer-term stay. We loved being able to cook. ”

“Pros: Biggest plus at this condo was location -- steps from the beach, dining, shops, etc. One bedroom condo was also very clean when we arrived, well supplied, and spacious. Great pool, especially midday when everyone is at the beach. Kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of tp. Condo was quiet and beautiful landscaping provides a lot of privacy. Cons: No view so we did not spend time on the lanai. Water filter needs replacing; no through the door chilled water while we were there....

“The apartment was big, equipped with everything. The style is a bit "old" and it could use a freshen up but it is cozy. All the complex run mainly on solar power that is a plus.”

“Restaurant was closed and under construction which was VERY ANNOYING. Water shut off for several hours due to construction. Porta potty was available however was poorly attended. Would not have been a problem if we knew ahead of time. Was just ok”

“This was a beautiful villa across the street from the grand wailea. Booking included full use of the resort, which was excellent. Included was a shuttle service with uber-like app that we could use to go anywhere within a 1 mile radius. This was a great stay”

“Loved the location, amenities and staff! Everything was excellent. The only thing lacking is upgrades to the rooms. They are looking a bit tired, since most of your time is spent enjoying everything else outside, it’s not a major hurdle.”
