The "property" os fine. This survey is to rate my "check in". Expedia 110% dropped the ball and still, the next day, my reservation is still not on the hotel's system, but you better believe the money was gone from my credit card. The hotel had to rebook me in so I could spend the night. Very poor experience with expedia. Now lets get back to the questions about the hotel, since you dont care how poorly your company performed.
