“The hotel is nicely decorated and clean. We stayed for three nights. There was no room maintenance, so you have to remove your own trash and ask for clean towels as needed. The staff was nice for the most part. The restaurant is not in the hotel and neither is the bar. You have to walk or drive the the gaming center. ”

“The room was not clean, cob webs with live spiders in one of the corners of the room, dead bugs in the light covers, dirt all around the tub and in the bathroom. Pool is not heated even though it’s an indoor pool. Breakfast ended at 10. We started eating at 8:30. They just wouldn’t remake any of the eggs or anything so when they ran out they were just out. “Overall the place worked for our week. Internet was sufficient. There is a $100 deposit that isn't listed anywhere online. On our first night, we mentioned we had a service dog and were not charged a pet fee. When we extended our stay, they charged us a pet fee saying we never told them even though I had the communication. They made a fuss about having to check the room to refund the pet fee. “There were insects all over the room. I think they were roaches, newly hatched. By the time we got back to the room it was late before we noticed the infestation. I let front desk and housekeeping know. I think they should reimburse us for the room. ”
