“Chelsea is a wonderful host! She is quick and very responsive. Her property manager is kind and also quick to respond. The unit is lovely and clean. You can't ask for a better location. Parking is always tough with these units so bring your best driving skills and patience. We will definitely stay here again.”

“The location was great and it was a nice quiet neighborhood. I originally booked the basement apartment, however, after booking I was advised it was already booked, and that the upstairs apartment was available. The upstairs apartment was nice with a large kitchen. They do not supply towels or bedsheets, which I do not recall seeing in the listing. There is also a mild aroma but nothing that cannot be covered up by an air freshener. Overall a good stay.”

“We arrived after hours at the rental agency, sadly our keys and rental packet were not available. We called and received an immediate response. Our over the garage apartment looked exactly like the pictures, we made the bed and went to grab a late night bite. The location was perfect! We rode our bikes to the beach, the trails and Rehoboth. The access to the garage for bike storage and the washer and dryer was so convenient. We will be back!”

Outdoor sitting area for late night talks. Outdoor shower to rinse off after a long day at the beach! You will not be disappointed. Love it!”

A quick scooter ride or walk to our favorite restaurants on Rehoboth Ave. The accommodations were clean, and we loved the breakfast loft with ocean views! Thanks for a great stay!”
