“ Very enjoyable stay. The breakfast was good, All the staff were excellent. They had cookies and tea available in evening and a wine and cheese meet and greet for guests. ”

“The good : The location could not be better. The hot tub was also very nice The bad: The beds were uncomfortable and I don't believe they were queen size. The pull out sofa bed was terrible,with a very thin mattress. The street noise woke us up every morning at 5am. Also, there was a alarm or something like one going off in another room every 5 seconds for the duration of our trip. They could not locate the cause of the noise ”

“Our stay exceeded our expectations! The staff was very nice and helpful. They gave us all the information we needed at check in to have a great stay regarding hot tubs and restaurants and bars. The room was extremely clean. The atmosphere here was so inviting and relaxing. My favorites were the parrots in the lobby and the indoor/outdoor heated pool—and the outside fire pit at the restaurant —-and the roof with two hot tubs and the relaxing pub!! So many wonderful things at this hotel!! ...

“Obviously renovations withstanding this is a great hotel. Close to everything and the staff were more than accommodating and friendly. Parking was easy and free and the room was very clean. ”

“Appreciate the bfast and carafes of water in rooms. Really like the layout of rooms and that everything is new/updated. The view from lobby is gorgeous. The shower water temperature was a bit tricky to modify. Parking was easy. ”

“Excellent location , right by the ocean. Staff were helpful , but there were times the office was locked , but the on call person came quickly to help when we needed some help. There is no elevator and there are three levels - this is the biggest flaw ”

“It's off season, the staff was friendly and accommodating. No issue with parking because I do not think there were too many guests (mid-week, off season). The room was very comfortable, and clean. We stay here often. Very close to "downtown", and two blocks off boardwalk/beach. ”
