The room was extremely clean. The atmosphere here was so inviting and relaxing. My favorites were the parrots in the lobby and the indoor/outdoor heated pool—and the outside fire pit at the restaurant —-and the roof with two hot tubs and the relaxing pub!! “The gym was small but equipped with water. The pool was filled with some kind foam kinda looked like soap with sand on the floor probably from last year but the kids enjoyed it and it was blue and clear, I was scared to get in only because of the bubbles and it wasn't heated ( it didn't need to be). But open and the room could use a deep cleaning there was dust and black stuff on the chairs and floor however, the towel area was clean and organized. We are really glad the pool was open! “The surfaces, floor and linens in the room appeared clean, but there was mold in the air conditioner/heat unit and also in the freezer section of the mini fridge. There were no smoking signs on most of the doors in the hallway near our room and the hallway stank of marijuana. Overall, it was ok for sleep but because of the mold, I wouldn’t plan to be staying inside the room all day. ”
