“They are “in the process of remodeling the property” to a “high end” property, there is no pool, no continental breakfast, the carpets are old and dirty, the beds need upgrades, they are hard and old and the pillows were tiny. The male staff member that I checked in with was rude. The only good thing about the property is it’s location. Next time I am spending the money to stay somewhere else! ”

“This hotel is great for families. The lobby is very family friendly with large screen TVs, pool table and a snack bar. The pool and hot tub are nice and there is always a friend to swim with. Breakfast is very nice with many selections and a pancake making machine that is fun for kids not to mention all the topping choices. The rooms are not as cozy as one would expect and the shower needed some maintenance due to staining but these were minor issues compared to the positive items mentioned...

“Clean room for the most part, but the floor could have been vacuumed better. Hotel is in a great loction close to restaurants, outlet mall, and grocery store. Staff was helpful, just know you can't drink your own canned alcohol drinks in the lobby or they may confiscate it.”

“Staff is super friendly. Getting into the parking can be a bit of a challenge as the entrance is a bit awkward. Plenty of places to eat that are within walking distance if you dont mind hoofing it.”
