“The room was so cute, we stayed in Rome and it was cozy and clean. They have good food and drinks amenities in the room and nice lighting. They were very helpful and quick to respond to messages!”

“They had a lavender scent in the lobby so strong it gave my wife a headache and she couldn’t have breakfast. The rooms had no garbage bags when we checked in. The shampoo and conditioner dispensers were severely watered down.”
