“Very nice and clean”

“Rooms were pretty musty upon entering. Desk staff was noticeably standoffish. Rooms were nowhere near as cozy as pictured. ”

“Staff was very kind. The shuttle was wonderful. They picked me up at the rental car drop off and took me to the airport on time. The room itself smelled like smoke and was old. However, I just needed to be there for the night and woke up at 3 AM so it served its purpose.”

“We stayed at this hotel for a quick overnight. The staff was great and their room was clean. ”

“room was almost perfect, but the jets in my tub didn’t work. the pool was cold, and breakfast was okay ”

“Staff was not accommodating I paid extra to have two king beds and they put me in a room with one bed the breakfast and everything else was really nice ”

“The ceilings and vents need some cleaning and attention. Several leaks in building need addressing. I would appreciate amenities being restocked daily. ”

“The room and staff were great…. Didn’t like the location, their were a lot of vagrants and drug addicts roaming the streets near the hotel q”

“The staff was very friendly and when I had an issue in the first room, I was assigned they changed rooms for me really quickly. You get what you pay for but the rooms are clean enough! Id definitely stay there again! Note: people do smoke in rooms and it can come through the vents and make your room smell. I just told front desk and they made note of it in their system so that I wouldn’t be accused of smoking!”

“First of all, when we checked in we were not told where the elevators were. We were walking around, lugging our suitcases and exhausted. Someone asked what we were looking for and he directed us to the elevators. Turns out they were the wrong ones and had to walk halfway around the hotel to find the correct ones. Also, the benches in the restaurant area are peeling. It is something that needs to be addressed. ”

“Lots of parking available, breakfast was always fresh, good coffee and a pretty nice pantry.”
