Hotel a Reliance

“This is a terrible hotel to stay at. The entire place is unsanitary. A cockroach was found in my initial room that I was given. My second room had crumbs all over the floor. The linen were covered in stains, and the sheets were stained yellow. I was informed by hotel staff that the sheets are “yellow.” I would not recommend staying at this place as it is unsanitary and the hotel staff are not very pleasant to deal with. The place looks nothing like it as advertised as.”

“The staff was very helpful. The facility itself needs alot of cleaning and updating. The room rate was great. I booked the wrong dates and they did not charge me for no show and gave us a room for a good rate. Thank-you.”

“it is conveniently located near the interstate, the breakfast is good. room is clean. pool and hot tub are nice. it was a good layover stop for us between chattanooga and sweet water.”

“Parking was fine. The breakfast was okay for a grab n go. Staff was fine. My issue was the room - I picked a king bed - non smoking, no pet and ground floor. I have psoriatic arteritis and have trouble goi g up and down steps. So the sec floor was an issue. Then the room had cigg burns all over the sink and you could tell pets had been in the room. Also the chain on the door - there was no chain! The Kleenex box cover had rust on it and the toilet paper holder also. There were also 2 holes in...

“Despite my talking to the front desk and requesting several times, they never cleaned my room. The housekeeping staff was always gone by four and I did not return to the room until 415 to discover that they missed me. They asked me to put something on the door so that they would clean and I did but then they missed me again and told me the door hanger had to have checkmarks in certain boxes which no one explained to me. So I had different adult staying in this large room because we were there...

“The room had black mold on the walls and floor. The refrigerator did not work. Pool was not open. The pool I can live with. As an individual with asthma, the mold made it hard to breathe. When I said something about the room and the mold issue, I was told all rooms were booked however there were more than half the rooms empty all night.
