“**Below Expectation for a 5-Star Hotel** The price of RM1200 per night did not reflect the experience expected from a 5-star hotel. **Pros:** 1. The room was spacious and surprisingly very cold, even without the air conditioning switched on (around 18°C). The tiled floor was also very cold. 2. “The reviews from other customers reflected our stay. The toilet was squeaky clean. A recommended budget hotel if you're in Alor Gajah.”

“I didn't expect much as i only paid $13 CAD for the room. The was basic and old but overall i was happy with the value for the price paid. The room, sheets and towels were basic and clean and the service was excellent.”

“Pictures were deceiving. Staff were incompetent. Messed up my booking. Instead of 2 rooms 3 nights they had 1 apartment 2 rooms. The night staff didnt understand and I had to book an extra room. Overall I had paid for an extra room that we didn’t use cause the staff didn’t know how to make the changes in the system. Place was run down and dingy. We had to change rooms cause it smelled moldy, and WC was leaking. Will not recommend. ”
