“Cleanliness of the room need improvement. There is spider web on bathroom ceiling and dead spider found in room floor.”

“The hotel needed an overhaul, the room qualities are getting bad every year. We had been staying there for many years for CNY. Now the shower tap is mouldy, toilet not cleaned and dirty and smelly, bed is refreshed, towels are old and rough and greyish. ”
