“Great welcome at check-in, clean room, everything as expected. Breakfast... could improve flavor, but had a variety of items. We stayed a couple days and breakfast was different each morning”

“This is a great location for a family. Close to Mt Rushmore and the other Black Hills attractions, and well-maintained with a kitchenette and firepit. The only weakness is the loft is very low and our kids were not comfortable sleeping with such a low ceiling. Still 5 stars though.”

“The most comfortable bed I’ve slept in so far on our drive across the country. Soft sheets, nice big towels, we loved the large pool and area. The lemon water and cookies in the foyer were such a nice touch and the breakfast and large eating area were lovely. Great location too close to good restaurants and shops. I’d stay here again for sure.”

“We stayed in one of the apartments right behind the restaurant. Just an average room, nothing special but a very unique experience. We had dinner at the restaurant and had a wonderful waitress. Woke up the next morning to a family of turkey's right outside the door.”

“We stayed there three nights in two different rooms. One room was cleaned once and the other room was not cleaned at all. On two of the nights the room keys didn't work. We asked for help regarding room cleaning and were told by a frustrated employee (a short, blond lady) who had just come on duty that she didn't have time to deal with the problem. “The hotel seems new and appears to be well maintained. The free breakfast was satisfactory most days, but sometimes the granola was gone or the mixed berries were literally frozen solid. Staff varied in their level of kind attention. For example, even though I had pre-paid my whole trip, at check-in I was asked for a credit card and told to authorize a $300 charge. No explanation was given for this charge - until I asked. On Day 3, I discovered that my room had not been serviced though it was...

“Purtroppo il mio soggiorno non era degli migliori. Ho dovuto cambiare stanza dopo la prima notte (mancava la tenda oscurante, una lampada del comodino non funzionava e polvere sulla testiera del letto) e anche la seconda non era tranquilla (le reti scricchiolavano con ogni movimento). Non forse per il personale della reception avrei dato una stella.”

“Some of the staff acted like you were inconveniencing them when asking a question. Requested an extra blanket and pillows upon arrival and was told they would bring them up when they had time. Never happened. Went down to the desk the next day and was told they didn't have any. Some of the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was sufficient.”

“L'hotel è confortevole e gradevole anche architettonicamente, è situato appena fuori dal centro di Rapid City che comunque non offre molto tranne alcuni buoni locali dove mangiare e qualche negozio, il centro è facilmente raggiungibile in 5 minuti di auto. Abbiamo soggiornato due giorni in quattro persone in una stanza sufficientemente ampia e comoda, pulizia della stanza ottima.Colazione e piscina nella norma.
