“We love Sawgrass. It has a special place in our hearts for many years of family vacations spent with our children. Our last stay was to celebrate our 28th Wedding Anniversary and we loved it. It was perfect, as we checked in at a slow time at the hotel and so it felt very quiet (which we loved). We hope to go back again soon!”

“There was a issue at check in. Hotel.com reserved it as 1room - 2 bedroom deluxe, the property reserved 1room with 2 beds. Hotel.com should have reserved it as a 2 bedroom deluxe room. The person checking me in requested to see my verification letter, luckily I had it on my phone and he verified there was a mistake. The property ended up giving me a connecting rooms, it wasn't ideal but I had to make it work. I also give the person checking me in credit for doing the best he could to...

“ Nice air conditioning, Hot water and it got hit quickly! Kitchen was clean but no utensils (we didn’t need or request any). Staff was very polite and friendly. Building is a bit older but kept up well. We stayed here a few months ago because we like the Deermeadows area.”
