“I love the Delta in Fredericton! I especially love the lobby, which is so inviting. You can sit and have a cocktail, have a coffee or simply sit and people watch! The staff, particularly Liam at the bar, is phenomenal!”

“Rooms were a little aged. TV system was terrible. Breakfast buffet was mediocre. Parking lot was under renovation. Small elevator was shared by tenants and staff. Not the standard I'm used to at a Holiday Inn Express.”

“I stayed at the Days Inn in May,2026 as I had some business to attend to in Fredericton . The hotel is a little tired but the rooms are very clean and the staff is great. I had booked this thru Expedia for 3 nights and I finished a day earlier than expected. The hotel manager graciously credited me for the 3rd night. The included breakfast had scrambled eggs, toast, fruit and juice, etc. I did not eat at the Resturant. The rooms are clean, the desk is functional and the bed and chairs are...

“Web site and hotel said they offered room service. Not offered when asked; due to insufficient staff. This is one of the reasons people pick a full service hotel. Very disappointed. ”

“The room was ok, 3 lamps didn't work, 2 weren't even plugged into the wall.. Clock wasn't plugged in and I had to do that, the room was freezing cold, no heat until I turned it on.. Continental breakfast was fantastic... Will I go back in the future, probably not, but served the purpose for today”
