Inn a Rhinebeck

“Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but it came close to being a disaster for us. Before we stayed our first night we came close to asking to cancel our reservation. This issue is that the Beekman Arms has multiple properties so one needs to be careful when booking a room. The photos do not indicate whether the room is at the historical inn or at one of the neighboring properties close to the inn. When we checked in they directed us to a property that looked like 1980's apartments - though spacious...

“It is a lovely facility. The staff is kind and helpful. We had some confusion on checking in, I had apparently booked a room without a private bath or closet. As we were there to attend a wedding, I wanted my own bathroom and a place to hang our "dressup" clothes. They were able to change our room and accomodate us.”

“There are a lot of renovations going on, and it might not be at the height of its game… But they do everything they can there to make you comfortable… Including upgrades and five star service. We would definitely go back they are renovating the spa which I believe is probably taking away from giving attention to other parts of the property, but I believe the owner and his staff have all the right intentions and because of that and because of their service, we will definitely be back.”
