“Rustic private getaway. Only negative I can say is there is Wi-Fi. Other than that it was a perfect cabin. Comfy bed, my first time using a bidet', it was different. But acceptable. Great host”

“Fantastic place and wonderful host-administration. The place is beautiful and well-equipped. The location is prime, with a private view of the river and close to Mt. Hood. The host (Cascadia Getaways) was incredible in giving directions, suggestions, and answering questions. Strongly recommended.”

“The "A" frame house was very comfy! We loved the sound of the Zig Zag River but we wished we had rocking chairs or some type of outdoor furniture to sit and enjoy nature! We were disappointed that the fireplace wasn't working. And you might want to flip the opening of the refrigerator door so it opens from the right side. We all slept really well and enjoyed lounging in the living room and loft. A shout out to "Fernie's Coffee"for getting us started each day! The location was perfect to get...

“Took the family up to Mt. Hood to celebrate a birthday and for one last hurrah before starting a new job. This house was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 3 dogs - from the great layout, location, and accommodations to the fully fenced yard and hot tub this place has everything u need and more to fully enjoy a retreat at the mountain. We have stayed here before and will certainly come again soon! ”

“This was a great little spot - nice to have the garage to unload boots and gear before getting in the house. We arrived at the house about 2 hours before check in but were hoping to even just park one car there before going up the mountain. Anna responded so fast to our request that we were able to get in early without any trouble. Thanks for a great stay”
