Hotel vicino a Rhododendron Species Botanical Garden - Tacoma

“If you enjoy warm or hot showers, this is not the hotel for you. I stayed here five nights and had five cold showers. I know stuff happens, so I let the front desk know. I was told by the assistant manager that he would send maintenance. Again, cold shower next day. I figured whatever he tried didn't work and let the assistant manager know again. Again, he said he would send maintenence. Well, long story short, it repeated every day. I asked nicely for them to do something to make it right,...

“If your wanting a pet free environment, this is not the place. Even if i was traveling with one, i dont think it was sanitized well after each persons stay. ”

The condition of this place is unacceptable…dirty throughout, with carpet literally being held together by duct tape, stained and worn dining chairs, and torn bedding that should have been replaced long ago. The elevator (only 1 of 2 available) was dirty and had graffiti, and the entire building smelled strongly of cigarette smoke mixed with body...
