“Friendly staff”

“Our room was very dirty. The tub was dirty and there were cobwebs everywhere. The carpet was very stained. The room had a bad mold smell. There was a light tan recliner in the room that was so dirty, we could not sit in it. I would not revisit this property.”

“Price was low. However, would pay more bucks if updated bathrooms and rooms. It’s the old saying…. You need to reinvest in your investment Kwik Trip took over all the gas stations….”

“The breakfast was excellent and filling. Very nice, clean rooms although the carpet felt a bit sticky. ”

“They should clean better. Vacuum better. Our room had crumbs under bed and in corners. The staircase was very bad.”

“The breakfast was disappointing. Just plain old eggs and sausage and pretty much the same every day. No fresh baked goods and no bananas.”

“Property is beautiful. Bug season was upon us. Pool area attendants need to actually attend to the pool and keep it clean and the area around the pool. Should have a chair system for saving chairs. You can have as many chairs that are in your party. People have 10 chairs for 4 people. Garbage in and around the property piles up and takes away from the beauty of the property. Overall, if it want for the bugs, we could have enjoyed the outdoors more. Staff is kind and friendly. Lots of amenities....

“Room smelled awful and had items left from previous guest. My daughter and I turned right back around and went to front desk. They offered another room, but my daughter and I left as we were not pleased with overall cleanliness”
