“The Bluebird Cottage is a very nice place to stay. There are comfy beds and plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is well equipped. Some stand out amenities are a turntable with a small selection of records; and snacks and drinks. I would stay here again.”

“Property was exactly as listed.very nice very clean older home.would definitely stay there again. One recommendation would be to add a handrail on one side of the front step for elderly guests. Overall great place. ”

“Overall it was a fine place to stay. We were just a bit uncomfortable without anything up covering the patio window. It wasn't any light out back on the patio. It was extremely clean, comfortable, and spacious as described. But because we were next door to a Compound and we are African Americans it was mentally and emotionally OVERWHELMING. Whew!!! Our host was extremely responsive whenever contacted and was willing to figure out a solution for our concerns. We greatly appreciate it.”

“We loved the location. The deer came right by our cabin around 5:30 every morning. Our stay was so quiet and peaceful. The lights on the pool was so nice to watch from our balcony. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.”

“The property was great with all the lush foliage and lake front spot. The pools were so fun! Swimming dock was enjoyed. The cabin was outdated but we knew that when we booked. Suited our needs. We had an issue after checking in, but it was resolved quickly by staff. Thanks for letting us stay! We will be back”

“This property was an excellent choice for our stay, offering ample communal space and plenty of sleeping accommodations. Its location is a major plus, situated just off the interstate and only about 20 minutes from the Fort Leonard Wood West Gate, with convenient access to nearby restaurants and stores.A standout feature for us was the home's pet-friendly policy and the large, fenced-in yard, which was perfect for our small dogs. The unique layout, with separate upstairs and downstairs living...

“It was a nice secluded area with a beautiful view. The parking was not ideal and the cleanliness was not so great. We had a leak in the downstairs bathroom every time we showered in the upstairs bathroom. ”
