“I was very satisfied with the hotel and room as it was exactly as represented. There was a difficulty regarding payment at check in which was entirely on me and the girl at the desk was extremely pleasant and helpful as well as patient while I was contacting my bank for release of funds due to fraud activity on my account. She was exceptional and helpful to continue my check in using another credit card and so happy to help. The only negative event was the fire in the kitchen causing me to have...
