“Clean room and building. Free breakfast. The ice machine was broken so that was a bummer, but not a big deal. The A/C worked great. Staff was nice. No complaints.”

“I’ve stayed at this property several times and have generally had positive experiences. My most recent stay, however, was disappointing because of the customer service I received from the nighttime front desk attendant.When I arrived, my room door was ajar, and the bed looked as though someone had already been used. “The rooms & bathroom were larger than some of the newer hotels. The rooms & bedding looked clean & smelled clean. The bed & pillows were comfortable. Having a small refrigerator & microwave was nice. The rooms looked like they were recently renovated. It was easy to get to and from I 95. The breakfast was above average. The only negative was the hotel restaurant. We wanted to eat there, it took 20 minutes for the waiter to take our order, while waiting we saw him outside talking to...

“The Bistro staff and front desk staff was excellent. The room as nice but the water pressure and shower head was small and leaked. The renovations to the roof were somewhat inconvenient. Bistro prices too high. Need free breakfast.”

“The staff was exceptional, great hospitality! The room had several minor issues, shower door didn’t stay closed, vanity was missing a leg, power bank on one side of the bed didn’t work, a random ballon was on the ceiling(granted we didn’t notice it one of the staff did while trying to get the power bank to work) bar and restaurant was out of multiple items.”

“The only problem I had was that I called the night before an asked about early check-in and they said it was fine but when I called the next day closer to the early check-in to confirm i could they said they don’t do that all.. it bothered me real heavy.”
