“My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The Hotel was clean, the breakfast and the Costa coffee was good. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The Hotel is at a great location to State Parks, restaurants, grocery stores, etc.. This is one of the best Holiday Inn Hotels that we have stayed at. “Loved the pool and hot tub. Coffee bar in room and in lounge with flavored creamers. I would stay again and again it was staff friendly very clean and handicap friendly. Thank you.”

“The room was nicely done and the bed and pillows were very soft and comfortable. The bathroom had a shower curtain rod that was falling out of the wall so curtain would slide to middle of rod while showering which put water on floor. The shower head was also not working very well so that you got half the stream and the other half was just like the water was coming out of a faucet. “I had to cut my stay short because of bedbugs and I have pictures of proof!. The manager at the hotel needs to learn about customer service, he was very rude and unprofessional! I truly believe if you paid for a service, and you can’t safely enjoy the service you paid for, you should be refunded . Am not trying to be mean but they changed my sheets one in 10 nights, towels have holes, and mattress is old with spots of blood stains, and other stains!.”
