“This is a new and great hotel. Everything you needed was there for you. So clean and relaxing. The kitchen was perfect and the breakfast bar was great. Beautiful grounds and pool. I will definitely go back. Recommend 100%”

“I liked: It was in a convenient location in Pigeon Forge. A trolley stop was right in front of the hotel which could take you to the transit station. My room was on the first floor but it wasn’t too noisy. Ice and snack machines were not far away. A big breakfast was served from 6:30 AM until 10 AM each morning with tables to eat it or could be taken back to your room. Not so much: There was a smell in the area where clothes were hung so I told desk clerk who used two types of spray on carpet...

“Yes and very cozy and very clean. My only complaint was the water in kitchen and bathrooms was iron in the water left stains in the kitchen and bath tubs. I don’t know about the hot tub we did not use it ”
