Cairn Hotel was the only one that flat-out refused, no empathy, no flexibility, not even a partial credit. I explained everything, even pleaded—but they just hid behind their “policy.” I could’ve paid more for the flexible rate, but budget was tight. Shame, because we were really looking forward to staying. Very disappointing experience."
