Hotel vicino a Riserva Circle B Bar Reserve - Lakeland

“Fine hotel but two issues for us makes me not give five stars. We were in a room on the ground floor and around 5:30am, there was a bunch of loud slamming noises. No idea what it was coming from. It would happen and then stop. And then start again. It went on until almost 6 and then stopped completely. But by then the damage was done and I was awake. Secondly our shower was either scalding hot or barely warm, couldn’t go in between. Wouldn’t stay here again, plenty of other options in Lakeland...

“I only stayed over night. But I don't think I will come back because of their breakfast rules. I have to dogs that I travel with. And don't like the idea that we can't have breakfast in our room. So I had to spend more money for breakfast. It makes it easier for us to eat in our room because we have our dogs ”

“Nice breakfast area that was attended by helpful staff. Very clean hotel. Rooms comfortable and quiet. No smoking and no pets was appreciated. I will return!”

“It’s quaint and historic - but has paper thin walls. You can hear people in adjoining rooms well as well as street noises.”

“Very clean, quiet room. Felt safe being there as a mom with a toddler! Will definitely consider returning and would recommend to others.”

“Dont look at the mattresses, you wont like it. Dont look under thr mattress, that is where all the garbage goes. ”

“Friendly staff, decent breakfast; room was not very clean- black mold in the tub and gunk all over the hair dryer- which I was able to request a clean one. They seemed a little short staffed but all working very hard. ”

“The room itself was good, nice and clean. However, the gentleman who was at the front desk was not helpful at all. There was a group of soccer parents who were cursing and making a lot of noise until after midnight and the gentleman refused to do anything about it. If that is normal for this hotel, I will be going elsewhere on my next visit.”

“Entire property dated. No Complimentary breakfast? Lei at Hotels.com assured me Complimentary breakfast, elevator and 3 floors, which they only have 1 floor. Vicky, in housekeeping texted me that 2 towels were missing and was charging us $20? When we did not take any towels. Why would we want, any old stained, tiny towels? We could not believe she would acuse us of such. We will be contacting their corporate office to make a formal complaint. We certainly did not appreciate that at all being...
