The real problem was the loud late check-in across the hall (1:30 am), followed by management having a loud discussion with them in the hall about their declined credit card at 2:15 am. Very inconsiderate! Pretty much ruined my night’s sleep. ”

The photos of the rooms shown on the app are completely different from reality, and the room itself was in a filthy condition; the bed—including the sheets and blanket—had clearly already been used by someone else, yet they rented the room to us in that state. I consider this a sign of disrespect, as what is displayed on the app does not correspond to the actual room....
