“Great location in the old city but hard to find and nearly 60 narrow steps to carry your bags up. Find Uri Buri restaurant and look for a square black sign on the building to the left. Little signs direct you up all the way to the top. The room is lovely and the host has added a number of nice little extras. Our room didn't have a microwave so that must be in the other room as there are only two.”

“Place not so expensive but amazing. Has laundry and drier. Has kitchen with big fridge, microwave, water boiler, utensils, plates, I think has portable single cookware. Good AC. Nice bathroom too. “Oh boy, what to say? The owner is very, very nice, and the place is right at the seafront, close to nice restaurants and the main sights in the city (it's a tiny city, though). However, it was very difficult to find, since it doesn't have a sign (is it a legal hospitality accommodation?), the public spaces are filthy and the private rooms, though reasonably clean, worn and in desperate need of renovation. For the adventurous traveller only. ”

“Tolles, kleines Hotel direkt am Fuße der Bahai Terrassengärten (keine 100 Meter) im Deutschen Viertel. Frühstück nicht in Hotel möglich aber in kurzer Distanz 2 sehr gute Restaurants, die schon morgens geöffnet sind. Service war nicht besetzt, lief alles über Email oder Telefon (Englisch). Irreführend ist die Angabe eines Hotelparkplatzes (gibt es nicht), man muss draußen auf der Straße parken (es gibt dort Parkbeschränkungen). Würde dennoch wieder buchen, die Lage ist unschlagbar.”

“I went for a Baha'i pilgrimage and this place was prime location as well as affordable. Views off the Shrine of the Bab from the windows with city views. I was anxious about using Whats app and a room overseas and as soon as I landed and connected to wifi I already had texts reaching out and giving instructions for self check in. Other reviews state its in a bad neighborhood but I walked all over Haifa for two weeks almost. Even the "nice" areas, just walk three minutes in any direction and...

“Anhand der Adresse gut zu finden. Allerdings kein Schild oder Hinweis am Haus mit der Bezeichnung Guest house Orlihome oder wo und wie man sich bemerkbar machen soll. Offensichtlich handelt es sich um Apartments in einem Mietshaus. Wir mussten anrufen. Der Vermieter kam dann binnen weniger Minuten. Ein Hinweis in der Buchung, dass man anrufen muss, wäre gut. Zimmer mit kleiner Küche und Bad war an sich ok. Preis war aber schon recht ordentlich. Leider haben wir abends in der Küche Kakerlaken...
