Hotel vicino a Riserva Naturale Heritage Shores Nature Preserve - North Myrtle Beach

“My trip last week 4/18/26 - 4/21/26 was awful! On check-in, I waited 10 minutes before Lawrence came around the corner, then another 5 minutes for him to deal with another guest, then do something on his computer. The room was in a good location for us, but it was nasty! The floors were sticky, there was urine on the base of the toilet, the AC filters were dirty, and the complimentary breakfast was gross. I inquired when Ken, the general manager, would be available, then asked him to come to...

“It was fine. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The building itself is older and the whirlpool was filled in. The pool is unheated. Breakfast was good. Coffee all day is lovely. There was water damage at the bottom of our bedroom door. But it was fine.”

“Fruit selection was poor. Should have oranges and bananas not just apples especially in the south.”

“The property is very dated with very old decor. It was extremely dirty and unkept. We had a power issue, a TV issue and a broken room fan with an extra noisy AC unit. Most of the “resort amenities” were located on another property, requiring transportation. Very disappointed with the overall experience. Will not be returning.”

“Great staff, clean room and good working ac. Breakfast menu was fresh and different each day, a variety to choose from. Hotel surrounding is quiet and conveniently in close proximity to restaurants and many fun activities for the family. Visited from Boston at the end of April not peak season summer hence quieter days and smoother movements from point A to point B.”

“This is the only hotel we will stay at when we travel to the beach. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable and all of the staff was helpful and super nice.”
