“We arrived at 3 and were told we couldn’t check into 4. That was fine except for the tone and rudeness of the person checking no us in. At four, tried to check in again…was told we had to wait again. I’ve never had to wait past time of check in. We did not get into our room until 4:30. Then at 9:45am we had house keeping banging on our door and came in when check out wasn’t until 11! It’s a shame because it’s a lovely hotel. “I called room service for extra face cloths and towels she never came to give them to me. The elevator was broken not running at all. We had to take the stairs due to the elevator not working at all.”

“The room was pretty dirty and gross. The floors were filthy, we dropped some water and cleaned it up with a napkin and there was so much dirt on those floors. The shower had mildew on everything from the shower head to the handle. The tub drain was missing the stopper, the sink drain had no stopper, the toilet seat was chipped, the room always felt wet and the AC took hours to cool the room down at night. The towels were stained. The yogurt at breakfast was expired and the cheerios were stale....
