“Rented two rooms/eight people. Clean rooms, plenty of towels, comfortable beds. Staff was very friendly and attentive to any questions. Convenient location for all our interests. We all would stay here again.”

“Room faced road and old house but location was good. Breakfast was pretty average. Internet stopped but they were working on it for 24 hours. Property was acceptable but needed some TLC. Room itself was nice-newly renovated. Great bed and shower.”

“The location was perfect! Close to all the attractions but a nice quiet location. Loved being by able to walk to the Whiteface Ski Resort. The view from the room was stunning. Our room could use a little updating but for the price it couldn’t be beat! The owners are wonderful! Always available and very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and we felt very comfortable there! We will definitely go back.”

“I received text messages ahead of my stay and once we arrived and responses very timely. The property was clean and the rooms were nice. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Parking was easy. I would stay again.”

“The place was very accessible to shopping and tourist areas like High Falls Gorge and Whiteface Mountain. Breakfast was good. The only thing we didn’t like was the shower since the water from there flows right into the toilet. No clearcut divided except for the curtains. Other than that, our stay was great.”

“It has some sort of hostel feeling (common kitchen, pit fire area, barbecues, board games) with lovely private rooms. Bedding could be improved but we still would highly recommend it.”

“This is a quaint inn under new ownership. The staff was eager for us to have a great experience and we did! We were warmly greeted and any special requests we had were easily taken care of. Our evening was topped off by an excellent dinner of filet mignon in the attractive, cozy dining room/bar.”
