“We went with a group- 2 people checked out and went elsewhere but the manager told us no refunds so some of us stayed. My personal room had a toilet that didn’t flush and when it did drain it bubbles up in the tub- toilet water in the tub!!! My tv also didn’t work. Another person in our group had no air conditioning and another had plumbing issues in their room as well. “Hotel is very worn and dated. It took 3 tries to get a room that didn't have a musty smell and had a shower curtain. We stay at Hyatts frequently and this is the worst property we have stayed at. ”

“For being a place that had no restaurant attached to it, the breakfast was very good, from scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon and sausage one day to omelets, potatoes and sausage on the next. There were make tour own waffles, fruit, cereals, coffee and juice both days.”
