“Very friendly staff and the airport shuttle service easy and convenient. Lobby area clean and inviting, but the building and rooms overall are showing their age and in need of a rehab. The hallways were cavernous with low ceilings, the rooms drab. Room was clean and tidy, just in need of some updates. I would have given 3 stars, but the friendly staff and shuttle driver bumped it up to a 4.”

“Room and property was clean. Long drive from Az about 14 hrs drive. Just wanted to check in and rest up. We got to hotel and l walk in, there were three people in the lobby. I ask if they were in line to check in. And one said they've been waiting 30 mins and the other about 40 mins. I waited about 45 mins before the night clerk came in at 11:30 and check us in. We didn't get into our room until 12am . We waited approximately1 hour and 1/2 .. the next morning all the front desk clerk was l am...

“Required transfer to another room shortly after arrival due to large guest argument in adjacent room. Our 2nd Room was very clean and quiet. Convenient location to restaurants in the area. Would stay again.”

“Had no working ac and had to deal with the makeshift maintenance guy that was tweaking on meth (literally watched him whip out a meth pipe in the lobby and light it up) to come in and tap on the ac unit and give up. There was a little bit of a discount for the inconvenience but when we asked about changing rooms we were told it would be an additional $50 because we had dogs. Unfortunately everyone else was booked for the weekend so we just suffered with the room we had.”
