“I enjoy cooking my own meals so loved stove, microwave, fridge. I own residential rentals so had my own utensils hotel doesn't provide it. Stayed here several weeks and happy overall”

“We were traveling with our dog….the hotel had a clean grassy area to walk your pet and for them to “toilet”. They provided a food/water bowl too. The air conditioning was fabulous. The room and common areas clean and well cared for. Hotel staff were all friendly. Breakfast was great with hot or cold options. We will stay there again.”

“The sheets smelled clean! The room looks and smells clean. Nothing stale or artificial. Shower is strong (maybe a little too strong lol). We had an issue with the bathroom, but staff helped us out tremendously. Breakfast was great: sausage, eggs, pancakes etc, and the coffee was superb! Staff is super friendly and welcoming. The amenities were top notch. For the price, I will come back to a Marriott hotel in a heartbeat.”

“We had a pleasant stay at Best Western Plus Hilltop Inn in Redding. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and conveniently located with easy access to Interstate 5. It was a great base for visiting local attractions such as Sundial Bridge and Turtle Bay Exploration Park. There were also plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and gas stations nearby. “While the room and front desk area were clean, the outside was not. Went to breakfast around 8am and there wasn't anything to eat. Glad my family and I only stayed one night. Skip this hotel and go somewhere else.”

“This hotel seems more suitable for business travelers than families. The staff never informed us that dinner at the hotel restaurant required a reservation, even though we were staying at the hotel. When we arrived, the staff looked at us as if we weren’t dressed well enough, and they seemed unsure where to seat us. It made us feel like they assumed we couldn’t afford to eat there. Every guest should be treated with respect, regardless of how they are dressed.”

“Nice, clean room. Nice to have the mini fridge, microwave, and patio with chair. At the 3:00 check in, a lady at the front desk said our room wasn't ready. So we sat down in the lobby to wait for her to clear us for a room. We never saw her again, so at 3:30 I waited in line again. A gentleman was able to check us in at that time. Disappointed that we sat & waited past the check in time. The lady obviously didn't tell the gentleman that we had already tried to check in. Only other issue was the...

“Glass in the pool, dirty ripped carpets, tub and sink with no stoppers, leaking faucets… the place looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 90s. The hot tub was out of commission, which is probably for the best.”

“Il motel è nella media americana e sopratutto è pulito, ma mi è stata assegnata la camera per invalidi che ho trovato molto scomoda doccia che allagava tutto il bagno, lavandino basso e nessuna scrivania (cosa che le altre camere hanno). Inoltre quel giorno è stato anche un problema parcheggiare perché il parcheggio era pieno di camion dei vigili del fuoco che hanno portato via lo spazio agli altri clienti.
