“Parking was a bit tight but secure. Our parking pass was waiting on the doorway when we got in. We received a text early on telling us how to proceed. We had asked for an hour early checkin and were able to check in early. This check in was pretty seamless! ”

“Lobby wasn’t clean and AC equipment created to much noise.”

“Computers were down when we checked in so a longer than normal wait. Room had a faint mold smell. Lots of construction in the area so the usually quick walk to the stadium was blocked. Valet was prompt. Would stay again.”

“If you’re going to a beautiful place like Pittsburgh, you should not be spending a lot of time in your hotel room. This hotel was perfect for what I needed a comfy bed and a good free breakfast It’s the perfect hotel to explore PNC Park and Pittsburgh from, staff was friendly as well, and the rooms were clean. The pool was also pretty decent. if I return to Pittsburgh for baseball, I will most likely stay here.”

“Struttura nuova, stanza ampie e silenziose, con un angolo palestra personale. Letti comodi. Staff gentile e disponibile. Parcheggio di fronte all’hotel. Da migliorare: l’offerta del mini market per la colazione.”

“Room was large and clean. Staff was very helpful in suggesting activities for the free time we had prior to a concert we were in town to attend. Breakfast was decent.”

“They were very accommodating for the tournament players to include opening some of the breakfast early for those who had to leave before 7:00 AM!”

“Rooms are clean and it is supereasy to get to the convention center. Negatives: 1. Slow service, had to call multiple times on one occasion to get water bottles 2. Billing was fraudulent, breakfast was included in room costs but on the final bill charged separately 3. Post visit customer service is unsatisfactory, nobody picks up the call if you have a billing question Based on the amount of charges, poor services and older state of the property, it was not worth the amount I paid”

“The place is creepy There are no signs that says it is the Property. It was very confusing. I finally saw a sign at a different parking area with the street number on it. I did not feel comfortable staying there My gut was telling me not to stay there. When I did check in there was no one at the front desk so I had to call out before someone came to help me. They were not very friendly. I do not recommended staying there.”

“Facile il check in, vicino a PPG Arena. Appartamento enorme per 1 persona. Ottima scoperta ”

“Booked this for the pool and central location. It was great to be inside swimming around, watching all the people coming & going from PPG arena, lol! The hotel is close to everything, a short walk (highly recommend The Speckled Egg in the Union Trust Building. Delicious brunch and coffee, wow!) or you can catch a bus to explore further out. Hotel is clean, nice room. Got an upgrade with living room, it was gigantic! So very nice to spread out. Fairly quiet for being downtown. Friendly staff....
