“I think they can repave the parking lot and spruce up the outside along with the lobby. It doesn’t look to appealing.Need hospitality to throughly clean rooms. They left used towels in our room. Staff were friendly. The breakfast could be better and the elevators need work.”

“We stopped here on the last night of a cross country drive. The lobby was neat and clean. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful, informing us on the in house offerings for dinner and drinks as well as other nearby options. The dinner was just ok, but saved us a trip out to find something. The bartender and restaurant staff were also nice and courteous. Our room was neat and clean. “I stayed here because the reviews Expedia showed were okay (should’ve checked google). The lobby seemed fine but as soon as we walked into our building it smelled like an animal shelter. It’s obvious people had cats/dogs and did not clean up after them. The place had so many roaches alive and dead and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. “Maybe a better choice out of the surrounding hotels but definitely didn't feel like it was as great as most of the reviewers have mentioned. The front lobby appears nice and the staff were very friendly. However, although they maybe had some renovations, rooms still felt a little outdated and small. The bathrooms were small and you could definitely see the wear and tear on the ceiling of the shower and the shower head was very low for a standard bathroom shower. “The staff allowed us to drop our luggage off before check-in so we could go off to do other things and that was nice. The mattress was fairly comfortable and the air conditioning worked fine. Otherwise it was an unpleasant experience. The room was dark and dingy. The furnishings were worn out…the easy chair had stained fabric, the bed sheet had a hole in it, and the handle on the folding door to the bath was missing. “This was a very gross hotel. The smell in the halls was bad, and my room smelled so bad. I had to cancel my reservation and go somewhere else. I could’ve handled it, but it also was not well Maintain. There was paint on the carpet when you first come in, paint was peeling off the door. The remote control was held together with tape, and you had to physically hold the whole thing together to even use it. Just a disgusting place.”

“The room was clean and up to date. However, the shower rod was sagging so the shower curtain would not stay in place, and the ice machine was near our room and was very noisy, especially when someone wanted ice each morning at 5:30. You should also be aware that they allow pets. We could hear dogs yipping in the hallway and next door.”
