Hotel a Roan Mountain

“My son and I (and two dogs) stayed here for one night during a road trip for hiking. From reading the old reviews it seems like the new owners have really been putting in hard work to bring this place back to life; they are still working on it but everything was clean and amenities have been upgraded from previous photos such as flat screen tv with plenty of satellite channels and a ceiling fan with a remote (which I had to take a picture of because I loved it and want to find one for myself)....

“We enjoyed our visit very much. The staff was extremely friendly and flexible for our needs. The facility is dated, but they work hard to keep things tidy and comfortable. It’s easy to reach and just a minute or two from several food venues. We’ll definitely go there again. ”

“Initially went to the wrong Hilton (they said this happens every day), but once we got there, it was great. Honestly, having hot water/coffee freely available just calms me down from the drive. Everything in the room was super clean and comfortable. The breakfast was ample with healthy options and wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay!”
