“Clean room, clean and safe area only issue was front desk staff rude. ”

“The hotel smelled strongly of cleaning chemicals. There was a large crack in the bottom of the bathtub which was "fixed" with roofing tape. The vinyl faux-wood flooring was a little sticky, but the surfaces generally seemed clean and it was quiet enough. There were no outlets close enough to charge phones on the bedside tables.”

“No Kitchen Cooking not allowed.”

“Building and people in and around the hotel were sketchy. I did not feel safe staying at the hotel with my daughter. The hotel smelled strongly with Marijuana. Men were setting outside of room doors in the hallway. Law enforcement needs to take a look at the activities occurring in this hotel. I had to leave the hotel and find another hotel for safety reasons. It was an expensive night since I had to pay for an additional safe hotel.”

“Never again. Uncomfortable bed, a/c doesn’t cool the room in the suite but freezes the living room, pullout bed had dirty, nasty sheets, They want IDs for all adults not just the one booking - that alone tells you what kind of people stay here”

“In generale Hotel, carino, ben posizionato comodo in quanto dispone sia di piscina che di lavanderia. Il letto molto comodo, la stanza profumata l’unico problema è che c’era della muffa sul soffitto. Colazione ottima e abbondante con Bacon, uova Waffle e tanti altri prodotti.”

“We were given a room on the second floor next to the outdoor pool. During our first night we were awoken by loud voices partying and playing in the pool at 2:30 a.m. We tried to go back to sleep to no avail. Eventually we contacted the front desk and about an hour later (5a.m,) the noise stopped. I feel that the hotel ‘staff’ or lack of security enforcement was very poor or non existent. After we notified them there was no further response on their part. Expedia should refund one of the two...

“Had to leave in ambulance due to medical emergency. Had to call police to get room safe open bc employee told me they can’t open any safe in their hotel? It’s a hotel!!! They can open all doors. Lied to over and over and over; had to call the police. They refused to refund money for checking out early. Had to call police! Stay in your car or stay home, but don’t get robbed by the staff staying here.”

“The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. Great insulation. With it being right by Hwy 40, I did hear any noise whatsoever from outside.”

“The facility was well maintained and clean and the room was perfect. the staff was friendly and helpful. breakfast was hot and area was clean and maintained. definitely a good choice! ”
