Staff could be a friendlier and more welcoming in the front. Tone used feels like I am checking in, into a emergency room with a stern receptionist who has had a long night. Besides that, the hotel is beautiful, clean and has alot to offer.

The bathroom had wallpaper coming off, the mirrors were streaking, the room with the ice machine was littered with dirty linens- even under the machine, the elevator doors were so dirty, the pool was like ice cubes.
