“Our room was clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Checking in was efficient and desk person was friendly. Breakfast was good with enough variety to choose from. The stairs to our floor did not have enough light. The hall is carpeted and the odor in the hall (perhaps from the carpet?) is not pleasant. When in the hall, you can hear people talking in their rooms. ”

“The entry door was warped and could not lock. We crammed a door up against it before we went to bed. The toilet leaked. The phone did not work. There was almost no toilet paper. We had to hunt some down because the front desk phone must not ring. The television was not plugged in when we got there, but even after plugging it in, we only had four channels. The Wi-Fi password did not work. Thank heavens we were only there overnight.”

“The employees at the property were amazing. They gave us a self-guided tour of the amenities as well as showing us personally to our dome. The dome was amazing very clean. The view was awesome. Very quiet. The breakfast was very nice and the bar downstairs was lovely for an evening of talking to the employees about local things in the area. The road was very quiet and we enjoyed a morning walk along the river to the trail. We also enjoyed walking through town and meeting a local sculptor. Just...
