But I was not exposed to the things I feared most from the reviews...dead bugs, unclean room, rude staff, bad smells...perhaps I was lucky, perhaps they've improved based on those reviews. My room was clean, everything worked inside the room. That the towels were skimpy is my biggest complaint about the room.
