“comfortable bed. basic amenities and a decent place to stay for the night. breakfast items provided were adequate too”

“The AmericInn in Sibley, Iowa was the cleanest, most comfortable stay that we have had in Iowa yet. The room was cozy and well maintained and the best part was that it was quiet. No loud, annoying guests who can’t respect others rest time. We will definitely stay there again in the future. The manager/owner and her husband were very friendly and helpful.”

“Breakfast was good and and parking was easy since we were handicap had some trouble at snack machine had to do it about five times.we tried debit card but tried to select 3 or 4 items but had to do debit card again. We finally got change for a ten and wife had to go back to 3rd floor Dollar bills + and select one at time”

“Woulda gave 5 stars to the staff but the gentleman who checked us in and out was rude, not real accommodating and even rolled his eyes at my wife.”

“Very relaxing place to rest and refresh.”

“The place was very dated, and had a very odd smell… like Windex and Chicken. I could deal with that, but starting at 10pm some homeboy decided to kick his bass up underneath my room window. That went almost all night. Not sure if it was an employee taking lots of smoke breaks or what, but I got little to no sleep. I also found hair all over the tub, so I didn’t use the shower. It made my drive the next day quite taxing.”

“Coffee maker in room had cobwebs. Shortage of cups. Didn’t clean room. Check-in took forever”

“No hotel sign on property, appears to need maintenance, hot water dor showed was luke warm, faucet pulled away from wall, outside entrance was cluttered. No breakfast area that we could tell, However, the one staff member on site at checkin and checkout was very Nice. And the bar next door was great!”
