Hotel a Rockdale

“I tried to reduce my stay by one night and was told by the property that they would wave the charges for the extra night that I didn’t need, but I was charged anyway. Also, the room smelled unbelievably bad and the surface of the bathtub was pealing up. I checked out immediately due to the smell. I acknowledge that I needed to pay for one non-refundable night, but I was told by the hotel and Expedia that the second night would be waved and that did not happen. Also, the exterior of the hotel...

“Towels were missing and they were dinghy in color , supposed to be white but looked like they hadn’t seen any detergent or bleach for a long time.”

And while we were in the breakfast room it was absolutely disgusting. Split/stuck on food everywhere that looked like it had been there for a LONG time. We went to go swimming and there were band-aids, spiders, debris all throughout the pool. We had to grab the cleaner and scoop items out prior to going in. ...

“There was no staff. There were people partying in the parking lot. People were hanging around the lobby. I could hear dogs barking in the lobby. There was food being made around the coffee area. I will be asking for a refund”

“Our first room was filthy, dirt and something wet by the phone, the phone was also very dirty as were the windows in the inside. There was dirt inside the frig and the outlet by the bed did not work nor did the tv. We got moved to a new room and I showed the employee the dirty napkin I used to wipe the filth off by the phone, she didn't really say anything. The next room was cleaner. Bed's were kind of hard. We did not have the breakfast because I was afraid if the rooms and building were that...

“Check in went so smoothly we reserved 5 rooms with everyone coming at different times. Had no problems at all.”
