“The staff was rude and no help. The pool and hot tube was nasty. Couldnt even have breakfast because the waffle mix was really thin and runny and didnt turn out and staff didnt even try to fix it so had to spend more money to go out for breakfast. The rooms werent cleaned very good because we found stuff that wasnt even ours in the room. Didnt have any shampoo or conditioner in the room to start with. ”

“Check in was very smooth and of course the warm cookies were amazing. They also have a gluten free option now for those that are interested. My room was clean and every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. There was an issue with my shower door and maintenance handled it immediately. My only issue was the website says there's an airport shuttle but that's not so. Apparently it hasn't been a thing for 2 years. I had to Lyft which wasn't terrible because the hotel is only about...

“This is an old property, and the rooms reflect the age. Not bad, dirty, or in disrepair, but well used and not updated. The breakfast had decent variety, but the "hot" items were not very good at all, maybe because they were kept in steamer trays with no heat source. But the waffle maker worked great, and the coffee machine serves hot fresh brew 24/7. Front desk staff was mostly absent during key hours (like morning check out). Seems like they live on the property, and spend more time there...

“The hotel is in a quiet environment with beautiful trees and green lawns. We booked a room for 4 people, and it was pretty spacious when we walked in. The purpose of our stay was for the daughter’s graduation ceremony at UW, so it was around a 20 minute drive away from campus (a little far but not a problem if you have a car). “Overall, the hotel wasn’t very clean and hallways smelled strongly of marijuana. Thankfully our room felt fairly clean. We went to breakfast 40 minutes before it was supposed to end and there was no warm food remaining and the waffle maker was broken. Overall we don’t recommend staying at this hotel and we won’t be returning.. ”
