Hotel vicino a Rockland Recreation Area - Nashville

“I had no problems with my room! It was cleaned. Obviously the building isn’t a new built so you can tell remodeling maybe needed but my room was cleaned everyday and cleaned with new towels everyday. Staff was great. Food was good.i will say the hallways of people talk loud and slam doors you will hear it so unfortunately it’s not totally sound proof!”

“This little hotel/inn was perfect. The lady at the front desk (Monica) was super helpful, knowable, and so very friendly. I have never seen someone multitask at her job as well as she does. She is informative, and knows how to problem solve. She helped me in many ways. I would definitely stay here again. I was traveling with my daughter for a cheer competition. “Staff were rude but everything else was great”

“German cockroaches in the room, ceiling in the bathroom cracked and falling in. Room smelled like cigarettes. Didn’t even touch breakfast. ”

“Our stay was not what we expected. The indication was that there was an outdoor pool. Since the temperature called for a couple of days above 80 degrees we looked forward to the pool, but were only informed that it was still closed since Covid. We also expected a free breakfast, however we were informed on arrival that they also had not offered breakfast since Covid. This was not the stay we expected.”

“This property is not kept up. Not worth $250 for one night stay. Non smoking room smelled bad. The sheets and bed spread were stained. Furniture was old and chipped. Paint outside the room on the floors and handrails was coming off. Very easy to see these owners do not care about their customers experience or the condition of this hotel. Would have asked for a refund if I could have found another place to stay for the night. ”

“While the room was clean, staff was friendly, and breakfast was good, the bed was the hardest most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever attempted to sleep in. The pillows were fluffed nicely but as soon as you put your head on it, it was flat. I will never stay here again. ”
