Hotel vicino a Rockledge Driving Range - West Hartford

“Great hotel ”

“Ho trascorso una settimana a cavallo di Capodanno perchè un mio amico americano abita nei paraggi. L'albergo è in una zona tranquillissima, non certo turistica in sè, non lontana dalla capitale Hartford, ma comunque, come la maggior parte degli Stati Uniti, non è facile girare senza un mezzo di trasporto. Se si ha bisogno di un albergo come punto d'appoggio per poi girare per il Connecticut, è semplicemente ottimo.”

“We leave the room on Sunday, expecting to have clean towels and clean room. That was not the case, we have to go and get clean towels, no fresh water. The mattresses must be more than 10 years old, the pillow horrible. I can’t imagine how did you give this place “excellent “ reviews. We use this hotel many years ago, nothing to do with the states of the beds this time around.”

“Parking was easy, room was clean, lots of food nearby. The man who checked us in was very friendly, some of the other staff weren’t as friendly but no one was rude. ”

“Very clean room. Staff was friendly and accommodating for a late check out. Near lots of places to eat and some shopping. Room doesn’t have toiletries and towels are tiny. Also although there is a thermostat- it’s analog and you have to turn the heat on and off. Overall though a good deal for the price. ”

“I loved how the staff were genuinely attentive supportive, assisting, accommodating and I had a superb experience this is my second time there and all times has been an excellent experience . The breakfast is amazing!!!!you will enjoy your stay!!! ”

“When we arrived the pool heater had been broke and was under repair. One of the reasons we chose to stay here for the kids to be able to swim. It would of been nice if we were contacted or notified ahead of time by management via email, text, anything that this was the situation. ”

“The room was mostly clean but the bed had some stains on it. There was paper on the floor...made me feel that they didnt really clean. Staff was pleasant though.”

“The woman was pretty rude. My hotel was already paid for and then she wanted an extra $50 for Security. Some type of Security didn't say that in the travel agent they didn't even give me a chance to pay by card or by Cash if she wanted my credit card right away, not a good day.”

“Zona silenziosa, bella e spaziosa camera, colazione adeguata con caldo e freddo e una birreria con live music a ridosso dell'Hotel. Un parcheggio adeguato ed il personale gentile. Pienamente soddisfatto di aver scelto questo albergo come tappa durante un viaggio”

“My daughter and I stayed at Residence Inn while attending the Cardi B concert (4/3/2026) The room (a loft) was more like a small, cute apartment! We loved it! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The best part, the breakfast! They had an awesome selection of breakfast foods, fresh fruit and beverages. If I’m ever in Hartford again, I would 100% stay here again. ”
