Nuovo Tranquillo Relax Family-Friendly Fun Fishing con piscina.

Questa nuova casa sul lungomare si trova in una strada tranquilla. C'è un sacco di parcheggio nel vialetto per le auto. Il bacino di pesca illuminato renderà ore di divertimento notturno. Per coloro che non vogliono pescare c'è una nuova piscina in costruzione mentre parliamo. Tempo di completamento stimato a giugno più kayak e canoa. I ponti e i pati ombreggiati offrono un posto dove leggere e godersi la tranquillità di una vacanza sull'acqua. C'è molto spazio per tutti. Our family had a wonderful stay at this home. With 3 teenage boys, an 8 year old , and a toddler, it was great that everyone had something to do. Our young children enjoyed the pool while the older boys fished. We even saw a dolphin not too far from the pier! The house was clean and had everything we needed. Can’t wait to visit again!

Great views, heated pool, all appliances, washer, dryer! Everything for a perfect weekend! Made some great burgers on the charcoal pit. Caught a few fish. Plenty of room and 3 bathrooms! Would stay there again!!!! Host answered all my questions in a very timely manner!!! The house was so clean!!!! Great job Melissa!

Property exactly as described. Great functional layout for a family on the go. We had a wonderful time in the pool, kayaking, fishing, going to the beach and exploring the area. The house was the perfect launch pad for what was a wonderful summer family trip experience. We even snagged our personal best Black Drum and a bunch of keeper Reds. Salt Lake is always a good time. Thanks for everything. Hope to be back soon.

Great place and great stay. Fishing is good right off the back dock. Pool is clean. We had a 2 year old with us so i wish there was some kind of toddler gate for the stairs. But we just laid a chair in front while we were there. We would book there again.

Breath taking views. The house was perfect, clean and well organized. The pool and fishing pier were icing on the cake, best stay we've ever had at any location. Felt right at home. We look forward to our next stay. I definitely recommend this beautiful home.

Our stay here was nothing short of amazing!! Perfect place for our family vacation. Our boys 9 and 12 both loved fishing off the dock and our daughter 6 enjoyed the private pool! The town of Rockport is beautiful and friendly! Our kids cannot wait to return!

Heated pool was great. No working ice maker was unexpected and we had to buy bagged ice continuously during our stay. One of downstairs bedroom mattresses needs replacing but fortunately the others were usable. Had problems with accessing cable in living room and upstairs bedroom.No charcoal was provided for the grill.Pantry only had one spice container and nothing else.

This house and location was just what we needed for a little family escape. The outdoors had all we would need and we appreciated that the pool was heated on windy afternoons. The house was really clean and sufficiently stocked with supplies. Of note there wasnt shampoo and i was glad we had packed some beach towels. I was a little nervous having kids downstairs with doors that open to pool. Luckily they believed us that the doors dont open and we only went in and out on upstairs patio. We hope to come back!

My family and I had an amazing time. The house is located in a great location. The kiddos loved the heated pool. The house had everything we needed. The listing description was accurate and the property manager was quick to answer any questions. We had zero issues during our stay.

As advertised! Very well kept, clean and easily accessible. Check-in / check-out very easy. Nice quiet neighborhood but can readily visit Corpus Christi if you want… about a 40 minute drive. Definitely dug the weather and loved relaxing with family.

We were really impressed with this property! The home,pool and outdoor areas were really clean.Even loved the grass!Really well taken care off.The views are awesome,especially the sunset.Air conditioning worked great.Dock was great as well.Kayacks were a plus! I would definitely visit again and highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!Owner/management were very accommodating

We enjoyed staying at the coast house. There were 11 of us, 6 adults, 3 teens and two tweens. The property is amazing, and the view from our balcony upstairs was awesome. You cannot beat the sunset view. The pool was super nice and clean. The pier was easily accessible and well lit at night. We took the kayaks out on the bay. The only complaint we had was a leaking waterline under the kitchen sink which was promptly repaired when we discovered it. And that tiny bedroom under the stairs lol! - thankfully we had children we could tuck in there! It wasn’t designed for adults. But overall, we had a fantastic weekend!
