“King size bed very comfortable to sleep, fresh, hot coffee, wonderful, hot shower! Front Desk help April❤️ was lovely! Kenny was very nice, Randy👖💤❤️🌙 did a good job cleaning my room, Brandy was able to refill my soap. Thank you. Willie helped take out my trash. David was so good about assisting me. Great job thank you. ”

“Neglected and noisy hotel. The curtains were stained with blood. There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains. At 4 am the bathroom started making an intense noise, with a frightening vibration and at very high decibels. The lady at the reception refused to come and check the terrible noise. “The lady at the front desk was amazing and helped us so much. The room was nice, parking was easy. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. We used their airport parking program and flew out early in the morning. Its really close to the airport which made for a fast exit and shuttle. We would stay here again to fly from DTW”
