Hotel a Rockwood

“Wish the pool was a little warmer and the hot tub needed more water. It was less then half way full. Our room had a weird drywall patch area on the wall and it was dated. Not a bad experience, just needs some updates. Breakfast was decent as well”

“Hotel stay was wonderful. Only problem I would say I had was my door was a little rough to get in and out but other than that everybody was friendly pool was nice. Jacuzzi was nice. Breakfast was good. I don’t have a complaint.”

“The front desk clerk with Red hair was so pleasant and friendly. The room was nicely decorated. A 1 inch beetle was in our bathroom which I killed and flushed. There were dead bugs around the floor next to the walls. Not sure if they were spider meals or if they had sprayed something to kill them but the debris needed cleaning. “Will stay here again. Loved the apartment and the staff were nice. Only problem was only one elevator worked so we had to often take the stairs which was horrible.”

“Neglected and noisy hotel. The curtains were stained with blood. There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains. At 4 am the bathroom started making an intense noise, with a frightening vibration and at very high decibels. The lady at the reception refused to come and check the terrible noise.
