“It’s really bad property I couldn’t sleep bc the air conditioner was nosy really loud and smells awful”

“Neglected and noisy hotel. The curtains were stained with blood. There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains. At 4 am the bathroom started making an intense noise, with a frightening vibration and at very high decibels. The lady at the reception refused to come and check the terrible noise. “We had a great stay. Breakfast was really good, the room was clean and the pool was wonderful. We were visiting Greenfield Village and we were just a short drive away. We were close to restaurants and stores, as well. We will stay here again.”

“I was pleasantly surprised when staying at this property, especially for the price. Bathroom was small but the room was nice. Also, we ate at Wings Bar & Grill and it was good too. Great property. *One note, when you book a shuttle to the airport for example at 6am, and they tell you to be in the lobby by 545am, you better be on the shuttle by 545am not in the lobby. They almost left without me!”

“This was a great hotel near the airport. Everything was satisfactory with the room and amenities. However, the bar and grill area was extremely limited despite the extensive food menu. There was not a beverage menu which was probably ok considering there was not much to offer. It appears they may have been in transition and the bar and grill was not owned and/or managed by the hotel. I only share this because if you are depending on food after a long day of travel and are only staying overnight,...

“Booked the room for the private Jacuzzi use and it did not work half the time that we were there the hotel said they were gonna send me a coupon code for the next day and they have not done that”
