“The place was completely unsanitary didn't look like it was clean there was panties used panties in the top of one of the nightstands then microwave was covered in melted some substance it was just all around a terrible State the place smelled like dog urine and we in the roaches there was so many roaches they even got in my bags and into my car”

“This place was probably the worst place I have ever stayed in my entire life. First of all my check in was at 3. I got there at 2:45 and they said my room wouldn't probably be done until after 4 which ruined my work route and plans for morgan wallen concert entry time. They wouldn't even allow me to use a public rest room so I had to go offsite to use one even though I should have been able to use my own at 3. The place was disgusting. I have pictures. You get what you pay for.”

I paid for a 24 hour parking and had a hotel key card, but when I went to leave the machine refused my ticket and would not open. I attempted to call the hotel staff for help and they only said they had to call someone else and that was It. The machine made me pay for a lost ticket in order to leave the garage which was $30. “The hotel is in a perfect location downtown for access to the park. Breakfast was decent, but we have had better breakfasts at other Embassy Suites. It was scorching hot outside, so we really enjoyed the pool. Staff failed to replenish towels as needed and housekeeping was slow, so there may have been a staff shortage. Overall, though, it was a nice stay.”

Turn right and a short walk you’re at Liberty Bridge/Reedy Park Falls and Main Street. 30mins walk up Main and you’re at Bon Secours Wellness Arena.
